Yesterday was inauguration day for the 4th president of Kenya. The ceremony was colorful and went by without hitches. The man behind this day was Francis Kimemia Head of Civil Service and Secretary to the cabinet. He recently replaced Francis Muthaura who retired. At this point its difficult to dispute his skills for the job, to be able to host more than 75000 people in an event without ugly occurrences was really good. The arrangement of the podium to conveniently carry out the swearing in and signing of documents cannot go without notice not forgetting the VIP section that had presidents,former presidents and all kinds of dignitaries. He and his team deserve a kudos.
